The role of HR Administrator is truly essential to the smooth operation of our office and team success. This role requires someone who can step up from day one to support and embrace our face fast-paced, talented team. You should be a natural self starter who seeks out challenge and finds passion in organizing and alphabetizing.

This position is based in Saint John, New Brunswick.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

To ensure efficiency within the office, below is breakdown of how you might spend your time with the team in our cozy office on Germain Street:

  • Proposal drafting/proofing
  • Research and data compilation
  • Support consulting training and development initiatives (develop and design presentations, materials/tools, manage logistics)
  • Recruitment support (filtering/sorting resumes, proofing, drafting of templates)
  • Manage mail and other office logistics
  • Finance support with monthly billing, invoicing etc.
  • Office and calendar management/coordination
  • Other duties as required

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Prior experience in human resource roles optional
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
