Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Coach will provide leadership and coaching expertise to the varsity men's basketball program. You will be responsible for player recruitment, selection and development as well as the overall management and development of the men's basketball program. Strong leadership skills and experience in coaching athletes at a high-performance level are essential requirements for this position.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a very detailed working knowledge of all proposed and actual rules, as well as knowledge of the major trends and direction in basketball.

Preferred qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience and proven competence as a coach with a minimum of a NCCP Train to Compete (Old Level 3). Excellent organization, management and communication skills are required.
