Owing to McInnes Cooper's growth strategy, we are currently seeking a talented Corporate Commercial Associate to join our growing corporate team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide variety of interesting and sophisticated matters and clients. You will hone your talent in consulting and leading various corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of corporate/business law experience. A background in business, accounting or corporate financing would be considered an asset. The successful candidates must also have a demonstrated commitment to client service, have strong analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, and must possess a strong drive to succeed.
