We are looking for a dynamic Growth Strategist who excels in cross-functional collaboration and thrives in fast-paced growth driven environments. Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth, you will assist with the creation and implementation of growth strategies for international expansion and new verticals. With a keen eye for data and a knack for problem-solving, you'll identify roadblocks and uncover opportunities to drive growth forward. Your success will come from fostering strong partnerships across departments, ensuring seamless alignment and execution toward shared growth objectives.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of growth strategies for international markets and new verticals, ensuring initiatives are aligned with the company's core competencies and business goals.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Growth to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Development, etc.) in developing growth plans that align with overall company strategy and customer needs.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to ensure all teams are working cohesively towards international growth objectives.
  • Regularly review growth performance in international markets and new verticals to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, always using data to make recommendations and decisions.
  • Identify key challenges, bottlenecks, and opportunities in the growth roadmap. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Growth to propose and implement solutions to drive efficient expansion.
  • Stay informed on growth tactics and advancements, identifying and presenting new opportunities for evaluation, and leading the assessment and execution of those that align with company goals.
  • Provide regular updates to function leaders on growth performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Be the advocate for international growth ensuring clear and productive communication across functions and teams.
