As Dash Hudson continues to grow their presence in the social media software space, an increased focus is being placed on both performance and profitability of the brand site. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of site strategy and process and support cross-functional team needs as they relate to the website (i.e. Supporting Performance Marketing in meeting their lead generation goals).

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development, performance, analytics, and strategic advancement of DashHudson.com.
  • Support Business Intelligence team in implementation and monitoring of GA4 / overall site performance.
  • Ensure all site tracking is correctly QA, implemented, and maintained.
  • Responsible for management and maintenance of localized web properties.
  • Responsible for managing and implementing on-site integrations used to support multiple teams (ie. Zapier, ChiliPiper, Walnut, GA, Mouseflow, etc.).
  • Support cross-department collaboration, ensuring internal stakeholders site needs are met:
    • Partner with SEO team to ensure site is optimized to meet core web vitals, all pages are built with SEO-first mindset, and SEO best practices are applied cross-site.
    • Collaborate with Creative/Design team on site UI/UX to ensure consumer journey is best-in-class (mobile + desktop).
    • Work closely with Product team to support PLG strategy and user experience between the website and product.
    • Support Performance Marketing with:
      • Data analysis to inform marketing performance and optimizations.
      • Landing Page strategy (A/B tests, optimizations for Paid campaigns, etc.).
      • On-site personalization and consumer journey.
  • Partner with Sales on implementation of on-site sales powered technology (i.e. ChiliPiper, ZoomInfo, Zapier integration).
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure consistency and accuracy around representation of the product, marketing language, and implementation of on-site integrations (i.e Walnut).

What you'll need

Qualifications

Desired Experience

  • 4+ years experience as a web/frontend developer.
  • Experience building sites for Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. Product Led Growth (PLG), agency, or in-house marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience building sites using a no/low code tool such as Webflow.
  • Experience using and analyzing heat-mapping tools (i.e. Mouseflow, ContentSquare).
  • Experience using Website Performance analysis tools (i.e. Lighthouse).
  • Familiarity with design programs like Figma.
  • Experience managing a global, international site.
  • You function well in a team setting, and are able to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Not afraid to take on new challenges and problem-solve independently.

  • Strong time and project management.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in Google Analytics and preliminary understanding of GA4.
  • Expert or strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
  • Strategic and critical thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to make data-backed decisions to drive site performance.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Basic SEO knowledge and understanding of Core Web Vitals and impact on site performance.
