When you're building a company that will help lead a movement, you need people who are up for the challenge! As a mobile-first solution with a manager's portal, we need to look amazing, work smoothly and make it easy and simple. We've got a shiny new mobile app and now we need someone to lead the UX/UI work on the manager's portal.
What you'll do
Here's what we need you to do:
- Be the point person on look and feel recommendations in product meetings.
- Provide wireframes that we can turn into proper design elements.
- Code alongside a back-end developer to implement amazing UX.
- Setup a way to get real usage feedback to fuel improvements.
This person should be a quick learner, knowledgeable in the latest UX insights, naturally talented in the arts and a great sense of style.
Being a small team, every moment matters. Having experience under your belt means you know when to say "no, because" and "yeah, I think we can do that, since" and that's what we need.
