Acadia seeks a Digital Marketing and Communications Officer to deliver creative and tactical planning, implementation, project management and evaluation of integrated digital communications strategies, plans and initiatives to support student recruitment and student retention objectives.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager of Recruitment and Retention, the Digital Marketing and Communications Officer will develop a digital content strategy, ensuring the creation, development, production, and execution of compelling digital content that creates a dynamic and engaging prospective and current student experience, while managing the day-to-day digital and social media activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • We are seeking a candidate who possesses a bachelor's degree in marketing, media studies, public relations or communications with experience in planning, creating, writing, editing and developing creative digital communications for multiple audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital and web-based communications, marketing and technology strategies, including website management, content strategy and management is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of social media trends, platforms, analytics and current and emerging technologies.
  • The role will require someone who has strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, who is effective in their work, flexible to changing demands and works collaboratively, fostering teamwork.

THE REWARDS: Acadia offers a comprehensive benefit package and a starting salary to commensurate with qualifications and experience in the range of $43,541 - $52,589 per annum (AUPAT Level 4).
