Atlantic Lottery (AL) is seeking a Digital Content Manager, based in Moncton, NB; Halifax, NS; or St. John's, NL.
As the Digital Content Manager, a member of the UX Team, you will be focused on digital content that supports the user journey, enhancing AL's digital user experience while consistently striving to exceed our players' expectations. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing digital content, implementing it through the Content Management System (CMS). Specific responsibilities include the authoring, auditing, and reporting of digital content, validation testing, executing AL's UX strategies, and be the voice of the AL player throughout the process. This role is focused on content that supports the user journey and experience rather than marketing.
Collaborating with various internal teams, you will need to work to optimize content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), accessibility, and user engagement while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Salary Range: $62,000 - $76,500 (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).

What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage web and mobile content plans aligned with UX goals.
- Create and oversee content calendars, ensuring timely delivery across platforms.
- Write, edit, and optimize digital content, keeping it aligned with industry trends and user needs.
- Manage content using CMS, ensuring consistency with brand voice and guidelines.
- Collaborate with UX designers to create user-friendly content layouts.
- Conduct content testing to improve performance and user engagement.
- Ensure all content meets accessibility standards.
- Work closely with Product, UX designers, and developers to maintain content consistency.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and rankings.
- Maintain content standards, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency.
- Train internal users on content creation best practices and tools.
What you'll need
Qualifications
Experience and Education:
- Degree or Diploma in UX Design, Digital Marketing, Business or associated field.
- 3 years of demonstrated experience in a UX/UI or related role.
- Understanding of UI/UX content development trends and current design strategy and technology.
- Experience working with personas, process flows, user journeys, empathy maps, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, accessibility & SEO and other UX deliverables.
- Experience working with product, UX, and developers, to enhance the user experience and create seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces.
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
- Must reside in Atlantic Canada.

- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind;

- A self-starter and an independent thinker who follows-up on responsibilities in a timely manner while also a strong team player;
- Data-driven thinking Knowledge in using web analytics tools.
