The Data Coordinator is integral to the success of the Business Intelligence team. Working cross-functionally with our revenue teams (marketing, sales, and customer success), your primary responsibility will be to ensure data cleanliness and integrity across all of our internal data sources. This role will report to the CRM Administrator.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Assist the CRM Administrator with administrative duties (data entry, data cleansing, and research).
- In accordance with the CRM Administrator and other managers, develop a process for cleansing our historical data and CRM records.
- Execute on our data cleansing strategy and ensure data quality among all of our data sources.
- Analyze data that enters our data sources and how it will need to be organized so that it can be easily used when it is needed.
- Perform QA on the data being enriched by our third-party softwares.
- Set up new users in the CRM, manage permissions and access levels as needed.
- Support the customer-facing teams in updating data sources to reflect account handoffs.
- Maintain internal documents and definitions as they change.
- Research our core customers and the penetration we have within our key segments.
- Other projects and responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications
About You
- You are highly organized. You use task or project management software to stay on track.
- Attention to detail. You triple check everything and no detail goes missed.
- Strong communication skills. You will span across a number of stakeholders; written and verbal communication is essential.
- Problem solving. You can come up with solutions when presented with challenges.
- Highly analytical. You dig in on the data.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot and Salesforce) an asset.
- Proficiency in G Suite or Microsoft Office
- A degree in Business, Data Management, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence Analytics.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred.
