We are looking for our next Data Analyst to join our team. This role will be based in Fredericton, New Brunswick and will report directly to the Director of Technology.
As a Data Analyst, your main focus will be to organize and analyze large amount of client data pertaining to their individual and unique industrial processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye to identify insights, patterns and trends from this data and create perceptive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load data for analysis and reporting
- Analyze large and complex multi-dimensional data sets
- Monitor key account customer data to identify production and quality anomalies
- Use data science techniques to find data patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Other tasks and assignments to support the leadership and customer teams in delivering insights and analysis to customers
What you'll need
Qualifications
- 2-years experience in data science or data engineering disciplines
- Strong programming skills in python and/or R
- Database skills in relational databases and NoSQL data stores
- Experience in SQL, Jupyter Notebooks
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control
- Familiarity with AWS
