Your job is simple... make our Customers feel successful using our software.
To do so you will form an intimate relationship with the key stakeholders. Understand what keeps them up at night. Give them an a measurable plan for how Introhive will help solve their toughest problems. And then encourage them to spread the word.
What you'll do
Your primary goal is to achieve the following for your assigned customers:
- Maintain satisfaction
- Increase adoption
- Ensuring retention
You will own and maintain a relationship with your customer from cradle to grave. As part of that relationship you will assist customers through the various stages of onboarding and customer lifecycle:
- Requirements gathering
- Software deployment
Over the course of the relationship with the customer you will also take part in the following:
- Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
- Program manage account escalations.
- Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
What you'll need
Experience: 5 to 10 years experience in a similar role.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration & Management
- Familiarity working with clients of all sizes.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
- Solid technical chops (sql skills a bonus)
