Lounsbury Chevrolet in Bathurst has an opening for a Customer Relations and Web Specialist. You will be working with the Sales Manager in maintaining our customer database and updating the dealership web site.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Update web site with information of used vehicles that have come in on trade (take pictures of vehicles, write a description of the vehicle, maintain paper files on used vehicles).
  • Maintain web site with current promotions.
  • Update dealership Facebook page.
  • Answer all incoming emails to the sales department.
  • Outbound phone calls to customers regarding special promotions.

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • College diploma in business and/or marketing.
  • Must be fluently bilingual in English and French.
  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, call center, marketing, lead conversion, auto sales, or other related field is required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Positive, Outgoing, Energetic personality.
  • Computer savvy with the ability to manage multiple applications at once; must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to respond to questions and concerns, and to overcome objections.
  • Desire to help others and assist them in reaching their goals.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday; some Saturdays may be required. This is a great role for a person who is interested in sales but doesn't like being paid on commission. This is a salary based position!
