Some core responsibilities of the CRM Administrator include:

• Handle administrative functions including user maintenance and access, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, management of custom fields, creation of new fields and workflows
• Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes with support from the CRM team
• Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, approval processes, validation rules
• Manage less complex Salesforce integrations - those not handled by the Salesforce Developer
• Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
• Document customizations made in Salesforce
• Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases and long term projects

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts

Qualifications:

The incumbent should bring with them a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent/related experience. You should have experience in Salesforce administration, and a willingness to learn and work with your teammates to improve the Salesforce experience.

Knowledge of IT systems, VPN networks, firewalls, encryption, and other aspects of network security technologies would be considered an asset.
