We are currently seeking a bilingual, Credit and Penalty Specialist to join our team at our Richibucto or Dieppe location. The selected candidate will be responsible for researching and analyzing the validity of a credit request, will request a re-payment from customer if claim is denied. The primary focus would be our inbound customer service center for a variety of businesses under Imperial Manufacturing Group.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
• Research discrepancies and validate claims
• Issue credits and debits to correct discrepancies
• Responsible for confirming return authorizations to customers
• Responsible to confirm when claims are denied, and request repayments
What you'll need
Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of pricing, and product information systems
• Proactive, energetic, customer focused, and results driven
• Excellent organizational skills and able to function in a deadline-oriented environment
• Bilingualism is a requirement
• Have pricing knowledge
• Detailed orientation and able to meet deadlines
• Experience using an ERP system (Oracle) an asset
• Solid interpersonal skills
