Reporting to the Director, Creative Entrepreneurship Lab the Creative Entrepreneurship Lab Coordinator will support all the planning and activities of the Creative Entrepreneurship Lab.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organization support to Organize and Implement all CEL activities including webinars, workshops, programs, and other events.
  • Assist in the promotion, recruitment and registration of all CEL activities and events in consultation with the Director of Marketing and Communications.
  • Responsible for the set-up, organization and administration of the mentorship program in consultation with the Director of Advancement.
  • Set up and administers a membership system under the guidance of the CEL Director.
  • Provide support and organization to the CEL advisory board.
  • Organize all CEL advisory meetings, including preparation of the agenda, taking meeting minutes and all follow up as required.
  • Manage the record keeping of all CEL participation and membership.
  • Provide regular reporting to the funders.
  • Support the CEL Director with communication to stakeholders.
  • Support the CEL Director in managing the website (virtual hub)
  • Other duties and tasks as requested by the CEL Director.

What you'll need

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required. 3-4 years in administrative roles is preferred (an equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered). Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills are required. Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines is required. High competence with Microsoft Office Suite of tools is required. Events planning and project management experience are an asset. Familiarity with business development and support ecosystem an asset. Ability to speak French is an asset.
