NBCC is currently seeking dynamic and competent individuals for the positions of Continuing Education Instructors at our Fredericton and Woodstock campuses. What you'll do

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you are responsible for planning and preparing instructional materials; establishing and managing a positive learning environment; instructing and evaluating students; building and sustaining professional relationships with students and colleagues.

Do you have an area of expertise that you'd be interested in teaching? Continuing education courses are taught in the evening, normally from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, one or two evenings a week. We are specifically looking for champions to teach French as a Second Language (All levels), Accounting, SAGE 50, Cyber Security, Microsoft Office 365, Entrepreneurship and Business Writing.

Qualifications

Required qualifications for this opportunity include a high school diploma, or equivalency, plus appropriate experience in their area of expertise. If you have an area(s) of expertise that you are identifying as being interested in teaching, please include a short description of your expertise with your application. Candidates must clearly demonstrate how they meet these qualifications on their resumes.

A working knowledge of MS Office is required.

Written and spoken competence in English is required.

Preference may be given to candidates who have experience working in a post-secondary environment and to candidates who have completed at least one-year of education in a post-secondary environment.
