The Opportunity
Moosehead Breweries Limited is Canada's last-major brewer still owned by Canadians. Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, the company has been operated by the Oland family since it was established in 1867.
We are currently seeking a Consumer Affairs Coordinator and Receptionist. This role is based at our Head office in Saint John, NB and reports to the Communications Manager within the sales and marketing department.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
Respond to all consumer inquiries and complaints in relation to all Moosehead brands in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service
Record the details of each consumer contact in a database
Report monthly contact results to various departments and key stakeholders (marketing, sales, production, brewing, and executive) in effort to reduce problems, improve promotions, as well as, celebrate and share good feedback
Answer, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Provide information to callers
Greet visitors and customers
General administrative and clerical support
Assist with corporate event planning and execution
Assist in creating, updating and distributing all internal communications materials
Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need
Qualifications
Post-secondary education preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Bilingualism would be an asset (fluent in English and French)
Very organized with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent time management skills; ability to multitask
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated, energetic and a positive attitude
Excellent computer skills with focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
