At Ring Rescue, we're on a mission to make a real difference in emergency care. As we grow, we're looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, highly field-oriented role and wants to be part of something meaningful.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll partner closely with a group of distributor reps and healthcare customers to keep momentum strong-from first conversation to successful adoption. You'll help reps succeed, support key opportunities (especially those coming from our Inside Sales team), and make sure our value is clearly understood where it matters most: at the point of care.
You'll be part of a tight-knit, cross-functional team, partnering daily with Inside Sales and Marketing to move quickly, share feedback from the field, and win together.
Travel & Field Expectations (Please Read Carefully)
- This role is designed for someone who wants to be in the field:
- Minimum 50% travel across North America (often more depending on priorities)
- Frequent on-site visits with Distributor Reps, Hospital, EMS, and Fire/Rescue customers
- Regular attendance at industry conferences and trade shows
- Occasional evening and weekend work, especially during conferences or key customer engagements
If you prefer a predictable, primarily remote schedule, this role likely isn't the right fit. If you enjoy being face-to-face, on the move, and in the middle of the action, you'll do very well here.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience required
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, or complex B2B sales environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to coach, enable, and improve sales execution
- Strong field presence with the ability to lead through influence rather than authority
- Comfort working with CRM systems, performance dashboards, and sales metrics
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel as required to support customers and distributor partners
