Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Brand Ambassador to support our Partner team sampling and activations across Twisted Tea, Truly Hard Seltzer, Sam Adam's, Angry Orchard and Dogfish Head. Reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Manager of Partner RTD. Your primary responsibilities will include executing promotional events, conducting tastings and POS management. The Brand Ambassador role will be based in Edmonton, Alberta. This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor to our brand's success while enjoying a flexible schedule. The Brand Ambassador role is a full-time position at $20 per hour.

This will be a contract role until September 2, 2024.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Support the Trade Marketing team in the following capacities:

  • Represent our brands with enthusiasm and professionalism at promotional events, tastings, and other marketing activations.
  • Educate consumers about our products. Including product details, their unique features, flavor profiles.
  • Create memorable experiences for customers through engaging interactions and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, event organizers, and industry influencers.
  • Collect feedback and insights from customers to inform future marketing strategies and product development efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and the Alberta Sales team to ensure promotional materials and resources are effectively utilized.
  • Assist in the execution of our events (Country Thunder, BVJ, Oilers, etc.).
  • Work cross-functionally with the Alberta sales team to execute retail, on-premise and NGCOA samplings.

Skills

  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with various departments, internal and external.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Enthusiasm for the liquor industry and a passion for sharing knowledge about different RTDs.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the beverage alcohol industry is an asset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required, to accommodate promotional events and activations. Travel will be required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to responsibly handle and serve alcohol in Alberta (Pro-Serve).
  • Valid driver's license.
