The Opportunity
The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. This role is based in Fredericton, NB, with flexibility for remote work.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Represent Atlantic Growth Solutions' client and identify how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
- Generate leads and build relationships and bring customers through the sales cycle.
- Answer questions and follow up with customers to establish next steps
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
- Utilizing various sales tools (Hubspot, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.), cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
- Report to sales development leadership with daily, weekly, and monthly results.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- French/English bilingual
- 2+ years of Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Prospecting, Negotiation, and Closing skills
- Experience in consultative selling and account management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of CRM software
