Your future starts here

Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards & HR Operations the HR Project Coordinator will work closely with the People & Engagement team. They will support the project schedules, identifying and recording the issues and risks of the project, as well as support all administrative functions of the Human Resources department as required.

How you will make an impact

  • Identify and engage People & Engagement team members involved in projects, validate requirements with team
  • Use tools to manage projects from beginning to end.
  • Prepare and update project plans/timelines required for the completion and tracking of the project(s).
  • Provide reminders, status and progress updates on projects holding the team accountable
  • Create, track and update project documents (including project flows, process and visuals) as required
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, lead smaller projects as required.
  • Excel in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
  • Assist the HR Leadership Team with the execution of projects and proactive follow up with project team members on the completion of deliverables.
  • Communicate with various levels within the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of various reports and presentations to organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Total Rewards & HR Operations.

What you'll bring to our team

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, management, or related field
  • Candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and a possess a drive to get things done
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, being bilingual (English and French) is an asset
  • Minimum 2-3 years of project planning related experience.
  • Experience working with Human Resources, pharmacy or patient support programs is an asset.
  • Proficient in Project scheduling, Word processing, Process flow creation, and Excel functions.
