Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a change from the call center environment? Do you take pride in your ability to get to the bottom of any problem? Are you focused on making sure your customers are satisfied?

We are currently looking for a self-motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Dieppe or Richibucto location. The ideal candidate understands the importance of great customer service and enjoys working in a fast paced, team environment.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

This position interacts daily with customers, sales representatives, marketing, IT, purchasing, pricing, account receivables, shipping, planning, engineering and operations.

• Assist customers with inquiries such as pricing and deliveries

• Research discrepancies

• Issue credits and/or debits to correct discrepancies on orders

• Responsible for confirming return authorization to customer

• Provide accurate information to clients

• Enter orders in the order entry system for production and delivery

• All other duties as assigned

What you'll need

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both official languages

• 1-3 years related experience in customer service

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Detail oriented

• Must be able to meet multiple deadlines

• Must be able to demonstrate strong multitasking skills

• Proactive, energetic, customer focused, and results driven

• Works well with others, good communication skills are essential

• Knowledge of systems and technology (Oracle an asset)
