NBCC is currently seeking a dynamic and competent leader for the position of Business Development Coordinator (Bilingual) . Our College is committed to transforming lives and communities. This term position will begin in Febuary 2022 and end Febuary 2025, with potential for becoming Regular.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Collaborating under the leadership of the Business Development Manager, the Business Development Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of workplace Essential Skills program.

As a team-oriented person, the Business Development Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Communication with students on the educational program requirements.
  • Organizing the delivery of educational programs around project coordination, curriculum resourcing in collaboration with different stakeholders.
  • Various financial duties such as payroll, purchasing supplies, invoicing, and monitoring finances to ensure activities are within budget.
  • Providing regular, proactive reports on Program status.

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • High school diploma plus a one (1) year post-secondary program in a related area and a minimum of six (6) years of related work experience; OR a high school diploma plus a two (2) year diploma in a related field of study and five (5) years of related work experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates must have strong customer service skills and be a self-motivator.
  • Occasional travel within New Brunswick is required and candidates must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Written and spoken competence in English and French is required

Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be raised.
