MC Advisory will connect our region's business leaders with accomplished and forward-thinking strategic advisors who provide the advice, planning and solutions they require to succeed. Whether it's building a prosperous business, leaving a legacy for their family, and/or ensuring their team thrives, MC Advisory will help businesses realize their full potential.
MC Advisory will draw on the distinctive history and experience of an affiliation with a leading Canadian law firm, McInnes Cooper. When beneficial, MC Advisory will partner with recognized legal talent from McInnes Cooper to provide clients with insightful ideas, solutions and opportunities. MC Advisory is set to begin working with clients in the spring of 2021, focusing on the areas of business growth and legacy, public sector advisory and human resources strategy.
The Advisory Lead - Business Growth & Legacy is an exciting role holding shared responsibility for the successful launch and growth of MC Advisory across Atlantic Canada. Reporting to the Managing Director and based in any location where McInnes Cooper operates in Atlantic Canada, the Advisory Lead will bring insightful solutions to business clients. The Advisory Lead will work with others on the MC Advisory team to establish and execute on an ambitious business plan through prioritizing business development, delivering high quality solutions that advance the business goals of clients and developing strong relationships with members of McInnes Cooper.
As an ideal candidate for this Advisory Lead role, you have at least ten years of corporate finance or business experience and have demonstrated an ability to effectively build and lead teams. You may have excelled within a professional services or financial services environment or you may bring practical experience of leading and operating a successful business. You have proven experience managing client relationships and delivering valuable solutions, from concept to successful implementation. As a natural business developer and relationship builder, you have demonstrated an exceptional ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, gaining their trust and working together to uncover effective solutions.
