Under the supervision of the Assistant Registrar - Admissions, the Admissions Records Clerk (ARC) compiles and maintains undergraduate student records, domestic and international as required. The ARC also clarifies the admissions process to applicants and prospective applicants, liaises with international agents and other University departments, and provides information or assistance to student workers as required

The Admissions Records Clerk works out of the Enrolment Services Department and reports to Assistant Registrar.

Group affiliation for this position is with the Bargaining Unit 79. The position is evaluated at a Group 4 (salary range $33,283- $38,202). Salary scale or Collective Agreement can be viewed here.

Qualifications

To be the successful Admissions Records Clerk you will possess a completion of High school, plus the completion of a one (1) year Community College Diploma and a minimum of one (1) years of directly related work experience. A potential candidate will possess computer training to include but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Customer Information System experience considered as asset. Strong communication and listening skills. Working in a university environment considered an asset. Comfortable in cross-cultural situation.
