Standard Work Hours for Full-Time Positions:

Winter Hours: Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week
Summer Hours: Mon - Fri | 8:00 am - 4:00 pm | 36.25 hours per week
Some positions may be part-time, require shift-work, or have variable work hours.

YOUR FOCUS

UNB wishes to establish an inventory of qualified candidates to help fill various temporary positions. These positions can be full-time or part-time and can be up to 6 months in length.

All resumes will be kept for a period of six (6) months, after which you may re-submit your application. Please indicate if you are interested in full-time or part-time opportunities. When a temporary vacancy needs to be filled, all qualified candidates will be forwarded to the department for review.

  • Maintain and update records and files.
  • General administrative duties, such as correspondence and greeting visitors.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, forms, letters, etc.
  • May assist with basic financial documents including travel expense claims, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Other related administrative duties.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Post-secondary education and/or experience in an administration role.

Additional Strengths

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but also manage time and projects independently.
