Foundation is a digital content marketing agency with a focus on planning, creating, and distributing content for B2B brands. We work with software companies that are redefining business in their industry along with ambitious B2B brands growing faster than ever. Our team operates 100% remotely and we're obsessed with growth. We're looking for an ambitious marketer who is looking to learn about content, SaaS, marketing, and growth.

We run a lean B2B content-driven machine. We own and manage multiple brands. We develop content that goes on to be seen by millions. We collaborate with some of the brightest in the industry. We have clients from around the world. And we're just getting started.

What you'll do



You will be responsible for the set up, day-to-day management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across paid media channels including but not limited to Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. You will set up real-time data dashboards and leverage other various reporting tools to analyze data, and to visualize campaign performance for clients and the internal team. You will monitor and report on KPI's to identify optimization and growth opportunities while also supporting the execution of new strategies and tactics for paid media campaigns.

  • Campaign set-up, management, reporting, and optimization on paid media channels such as Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Reporting dashboard setup including integrations with paid traffic channels, analytics tools, and more
  • Implementation of Top-of-Funnel and Bottom-of-Funnel campaigns across paid media channels to engage users and convert high-quality leads
  • Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data such as user engagement metrics, traffic analytics, and heat maps
  • Landing page and ad asset copywriting and editing
  • Landing page and ad asset set up and optimization
  • Paid traffic optimization to support defined campaign objectives and KPIs
  • Internal communication regarding campaign budgets and delivery data
  • Proactive recommendation and implementation of campaign optimizations based on data analysis
  • Audience building and refinement based on data, experimentation, and learnings
  • Adapting to new challenges brought on by industry, regulatory, and platform changes (example: iOS14)

What you'll need



  • At least 1 year of experience in paid advertising or organic distribution
  • Ability to manage $10,000+ of monthly paid media spend
  • Some experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to critically analyze data to make data-backed decisions
  • Some understanding of automation tools such as AutoPilot and Zapier
  • Ability to create landing pages using platforms like Unbounce
  • Ability to create custom reports based on KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously
  • Some understanding of advertising tracking technologies
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with an ever-changing environment
  • An individual who is agile and is able to pivot based on market changes
  • Ability to effectively manage time and work autonomously
  • Energetic with a drive to succeed
  • High energy and not afraid to tackle a challenge head-on
  • Team player that is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
