Dumak is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You would be engaging prospective accounts across the Atlanta region to expand Dumak's presence.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying prospective customers through research, cold-calling, face-to-face meetings, and field testing.
• Build strong relationships with your customers while assessing their packaging needs.
• Work with our CRM system (NetSuite by Oracle) to record all activities, customer inquiries, calls, emails, appointments, and quotes.
• Participate in training seminars with the sales team, attend weekly team meetings as required.
• Handle all inside and outside sales of your accounts.
• Develop client relationships (70%) and maintain client engagement (30%).
• Travel on the road to meet prospects 50/50 and commute to the office in-person.

Qualifications:

• No experience required.
• Motivated by exceeding objectives and achieving goals.
• Excellent time-management, adaptability and communication skills.
• Excellent ability to manage priorities, solve problems, meet objectives, and respect deadlines.
• Valid driving license (clean driving record) and access to a reliable vehicle.

Work Hours: On-site, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday to Friday

Salary: Starting at $50,000.00 per year + commissions
