The University of Fredericton, a fully recognized, degree-granting institution in the Province of New Brunswick and an ACBSP-accredited institution, is seeking qualified adjunct faculty to review Human Resource Management courses in our BBA program.
Our programs are delivered fully online and designed for working professionals seeking flexible, high-quality education.

We are currently looking for an academic reviewer or subject matter expert with expertise in:
• Human Resource Management
• Performance Management
• Compensation and Benefits
• Recruitment and Selection
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Canadian PhD from an accredited university in one of the following fields:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Administration (HR specialization) OR
- Canadian Master's degree in Human Resource Management with a CPHR designation
Preferred Candidates Will Have
- Experience in curriculum development and course design in HRM
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Canadian higher education
- Familiarity with accreditation or regulatory frameworks (e.g., ACBSP, MPHEC)
- Strong understanding of contemporary HR practices and competencies
- Experience reviewing or approving academic programs is an asset
