The Supply Chain Clerk 4 is responsible for the purchase order confirmation and acknowledgement process as well recording, reconciling, and coding various expense invoices. This position also is responsible for mailroom duties and select business unit data entry.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

  • Update and action all aspects of the purchase order confirmation and acknowledgement process
  • Create Inbound deliveries in SAP
  • Quality assurance of domestic and import inbound freight package; including completeness of package, creation/verification of customs shipment documentation, and verification that documentation matches receiving plan.
  • Prepare and confirm all outbound freight invoices for the Supply Chain Business Unit; assist in the reconciliation of domestic inbound freight invoices
  • Develop and maintain reports applicable to the Supply Chain operation
  • Execute all mailroom functions; including inbound/outbound Support Center mail flow and samples

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Assist other supply chain clerks within the Business Unit and provide back up as required
  • Cross train team members
  • Develop and maintain professional contacts with freight service providers, the vendor community and other internal and external customers as required
  • Maintain awareness of policies, procedures and legislation affecting transportation
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures within the business unit
  • Make recommendations regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of current procedures of this position
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What you'll need

Qualifications

As a qualified candidate, you will have:

· Grade 12 plus a business certificate or diploma related to Business Administration

As the ideal candidate, you will also have:

· Two years experience in an administration/clerical environment or equivalent

· Experience working in Supply Chain

· Experience in beverage alcohol and/or cannabis retail environment

· Experience, training and knowledge related to the use of both SAP and Microsoft Office applications relevant to a business environment

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
