Responsibilities
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Manager, Reporting & Treasury, you will:
- Complete the reconciliation of all College and Campus specific bank accounts.
- Conduct analytical reviews and reconciliations of the College payroll bank account.
- Coordinate daily cash management activities.
- Support Campus staff with treasury related questions and issues.
- Assist with the year end audit file preparation.
- Assist with the management of student online payments.
- Support work related to HST legislative requirements.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
- The minimum educational qualification for this position is a Diploma in Business Administration with an accounting concentration.
- This is an entry-level position. We welcome applications from recent graduates.
- The incumbent must possess:
- General working knowledge of cash management, coordination of cash management activities and completion of bank account reconciliations and online payments.
- Working knowledge of year end auditing procedures.
- Occupational experience with completing bank reconciliations would be considered an asset.
- Experience using query and reporting tools would be considered an asset.
- Experience with Peoplesoft would be considered an asset.
- You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and e-mail.
- You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology.
