Salary range: $141,727.99 - $166,738.82 annually

We, along with our Board of Directors, have mapped out a new strategic direction. This plan will serve as our compass, allowing us to confidently move in a direction centred around lasting impact, trust, inclusion, and belonging.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
We are looking for an Executive Director, NSCC Foundation & Alumni Relations. The Executive Director is accountable for the overall strategic leadership, direction and ultimate success of the NSCC Foundation and Alumni Relations and the implementation of its Vision and Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with college priorities, identifying and enabling key relationships and partnerships across NSCC and throughout the unique communities in which we operate and aim to serve.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Our new Executive Director has a graduate degree or a relevant combination of education, professional development and extensive occupational experience.
- You have ten years of recent, demonstrated successful corporate and/or fundraising experience that includes successful leadership and governance of a large Board of Directors and Board subcommittees.
- You have demonstrated experience leading a large, high-functioning team and the ability to work effectively and build strong relationships within a complex, matrix-based organization, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity.
- Ideally your experience includes designing, developing and implementing policies, procedures, programs and initiatives to promote the culture of philanthropy, external relations and community engagement both internally and externally.
- You possess demonstrated experience in analysis and preparation of complex data, financial metrics and reporting to various levels of stakeholders and rightsholders including the Board of Directors, Executive, Senior Leadership, and donors.
- Demonstrated ability to engage key relationships in development of a vision and plan that incorporates a comprehensive and diverse range of programs and stakeholders as evidenced by a track record of inspiring and engaging diverse constituents in pursuit of a common mission and goals.
- Demonstrated experience in cultivating relationships and developing solicitation and stewardship strategies and techniques. You have demonstrated passion for helping people achieve their dreams through education and lifelong learning.
