Seaside Chevrolet is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to work 12 hours per week.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone and direct calls
  • Great customers and direct to appropriate area within the dealership
  • Filing, photocopying, and general office admin work

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience is an asset
  • Must be fluently bilingual in English and French
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including great verbal communication and listening skills
  • Good work ethic and be able to work with minimal supervision

  • Monday 5pm to 8pm
  • Thursday 5pm to 8pm
  • Saturday 9am to 4pm
