We operate hospitals, health centres and collaborative community-based programs across the province. The province has radiology opportunities throughout all four zones of the province.
The Nova Scotia Health Authority is currently recruiting Radiologists in various locations within the province. Radiologists may be based out of Yarmouth, Kentville, Sydney and Amherst. We have opportunities for general and specialized radiologists, such as Vascular/Interventional, Mammography and those with interests/skills in MRI and cross sectional imaging.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
Call schedules may vary depending on the community of practice. Most departments support and are able to offer services in: CT, ultrasound, DR, bone densitometry, MRI, fluoroscopy, breast imaging, etc. Our radiology services are also PACs integrated.
What you'll need
Qualifications
Candidates must be certified or be eligible for certification by Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada/Canadian College of Family Physicians and must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia.
