If so, the Casino Supervisor role at Red Shores could be the right fit for you.
As a Casino Supervisor, you will guide a team of slot attendants and dealers under the direction of the Assistant Casino Manager, ensuring exceptional guest experience while upholding game integrity in line with government regulations and our internal policies.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

 Assit with daily casino operations and serve as an escalation point for guest and employee concerns
 Approve transactions in compliance with internal policies and procedures
 Schedule staff, assign shift duties, and monitor their performance
 Provide on job coaching and collaborate on staff performance evaluations
 Recruit, train, and develop team members
 Promote healthy play practices
 Make recommendations to management to enhance both guest and employee experiences
 Provide support to other departments as required.

What you'll need

Qualifications

 Minimum three years leadership experience in the hospitality industry
 Previous experience coaching and mentoring team members
 Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
 Proficiency in computer software applications and strong mathematical skills required
 Ability to make informed decisions promptly
 Responsible Beverage Certification
 Previous casino experience is considered a strong asset
 University degree considered an asset

Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of experience, training, and education.
