The Opportunity
Owing to McInnes Cooper's growth strategy, we are currently seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join our Real Estate team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide variety of interesting and sophisticated matters and clients. You will hone your talent in consulting and leading various legal processes such as purchasing, financing, leasing and sales, while working with a variety of clients, such as local, national and international land developers, banks, trust companies.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of commercial real estate law experience. The successful candidates must also have a demonstrated commitment to client service, have strong analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, and must possess a strong drive to succeed.
