What you'll need
Qualifications
Our next great team member must have:
- A basic to intermediate understanding of computers (microsoft Office, Oracle would be an asset)
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- An amazing ability to multi task and meet deadlines
- The ability to communicate in English and French
- Must be located inside Canada and legally eligible to work in Canada.
