When it comes to gaming, we play to win!

Atlantic Lottery Corporation (AL) is jointly owned by the four Atlantic provincial governments: New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. Headquartered in Moncton, NB, AL has been consistently delivering lottery excellence to Atlantic Canadians for over 40 years. Their mandate is to provide government regulated and responsible products for those who choose to game and, through that effort, deliver 100% of lottery profits to their four provincial shareholders in Atlantic Canada.

Crucial to their role as an industry leader, and to ensure sustainable growth and continued success, AL is committed to enhancing the way they attract and entertain players today and in the future. AL is focussed on offering modern player-centric experiences across existing and new products and platforms. Responsible gaming and social responsibility are key differentiators for AL and are core values of the organization. It is expanding its player base, enhancing the player's digital experience, and modernizing operations to remain at the forefront of the gaming and entertainment market.

It is within this context that AL is seeking its next President & CEO, someone who is an engaging forward-thinking leader with a continuous improvement mindset.

Reporting to and working in close partnership with the Board of Directors, the President & CEO holds responsibility for overall leadership in developing the Corporation's vision, values and strategic direction. As AL's ambassador, they provide leadership in positioning relationships and values with employees, partners, governments, players and the public.

As an ideal candidate, you are a visionary, strategic, highly dynamic and seasoned senior executive, skilled at building relationships and communicating with diverse groups. You have experience leading within a large, complex environment, ideally one that is subject to regulation with multiple stakeholders. You are known for your success in developing high performing teams and progressive workforce culture in organizations undergoing disruption. In being a strong promoter for corporate social responsibility, your conduct will inspire a keen sense of commitment to sustainability and community welfare.

To apply for this position, please submit your application and related materials to [email protected] and state the title of the position in the subject line of your e-mail.

We thank all applicants for their interest, however only those under consideration for the role will be contacted.

A little bit about us

Atlantic Lottery

Our players have been having fun and "dreaming big" since 1976 when Atlantic Lottery started offering lottery games on behalf of the governments of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Prince Edward Island. The game options have grown and changed over the years and so has our workforce! Today's Atlantic Lottery has more than 600 employees, who are the heart and soul of our business. We offer everything from dare-to-dream draw games to online bingo; breakopen tickets to sports wagering; and games in social settings and on the internet. With games come winners - big and small wins every day - but the best thing about lottery games is that when you choose to play with us, everyone benefits. 100% of our profits go back into our communities. That feels good! #ProudToBeAL

We are proud, gritty, community-minded, and punch above our weight. Being Atlantic Canadian means that we work hard and we know how to have fun. It also means that we genuinely care for each other as co-workers, neighbours, and friends.
