Imperial Manufacturing Group is a leading manufacturer and supplier of heating, ventilation and structural building products for residential and commercial applications. Imperial Manufacturing Group's remarkable story began 1979 in the small Atlantic Canadian community of Richibucto, New Brunswick. Today, we are world-class manufacturer, with facilities across Canada and the United States.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated Kool-Ray Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Dieppe or Richibucto location. The ideal candidate understands the importance of great customer service and enjoys working in a fast paced, team environment.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
This position requires the successful candidate to:
• Assist customers with inquiries such as pricing and deliveries
• Research the discrepancies
• Receive, revise and process orders
• Responsible for confirming customer pricing
• Provide accurate information to clients
• Work closely with contractors, consumers, vendors and agents
• Provide quotes based on specifications and construction plans
• Enter orders in the order entry system for production and delivery
• All other duties as assigned
What you'll need
Qualifications
The successful candidate will posses the following:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both official languages (Mandatory)
• 2-3 years related experience in customer service
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Detailed orientation and able to meet deadlines
• • Solid interpersonal skills
• Experience using an ERP system (Oracle) an asset
• Excellent knowledge of products
• Excellent communication, detailed orientation and able to meet deadlines
• Experience reading engineering drawings is an asset
