The Opportunity
Panthera Solutions is growing its team to service the developing oil & gas industry in Guyana. Our aim is to be Guyana's leading provider of industrial solutions and value-added services in asset maintenance and offshore deck services. We are currently looking for a qualified Project Manager to be an integral member of the Panthera Team.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
As the Project Manager your key responsibilities will be to safely oversee trade work (painting, insulating, scaffolding, rigging, cleaning and/or rope access) and provide direction with respect to the assignment of resources (labour, materials, finances) in order to meet operational and client work scope requirements. In conjunction with the General Manager, you will assist in the planning and execution of project activities as well as provide administrative support.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Previously held project leadership role overseeing trades personnel. Previous experience in the offshore oil and gas industry is considered an asset.
- Experience in project planning, cost control and general financial and administrative management associated with industrial projects
- Demonstrated safety leadership
- Certification in one or more of the following trades is considered an asset: Painting, Scaffolding, Insulating, Rigging, Rope Access, Industrial Cleaning
- NACE Level I, II or III certification or equivalent is considered an asset
- Ability to work at height and/or in confined spaces
- Ability to work from oral and written instructions, sketches and diagrams
- Must be legally able to work in Guyana
