Panthera Solutions is growing its team to service the developing oil & gas industry in Guyana. Our aim is to be Guyana's leading provider of industrial solutions and value-added services in asset maintenance and offshore deck services. We are currently looking for qualified Offshore Rope Access (Abseiler) Lead.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
As an Offshore Rope Access (Abseiler) Lead your key responsibilities will be to safely oversee rope access work using your skills and qualifications and apply industry best practices under the direction of the General Manager and/or Client representative. You will lead the planning, and oversee the safe execution, of rope access and related work.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Have obtained Level 3 IRATA Rope Access Certification
- Offshore supervisory experience is considered an asset
- Additional trade certifications as journeyperson or equivalent in painting ( including NACE Level I, II or III or equivalent), insulating, rigging or industrial cleaning is considered an asset
- Ability to work from oral and written instructions, sketches and diagrams
- Demonstrated safety leadership
- Ability to work at height and/or in confined spaces
- Must be medically fit according to an offshore international standard
- Must be physically and mentally able to complete extensive offshore training including Helicopter Underwater Egress Training (HUET)
- Must be legally able to work in Guyana
