The Division of Engineering at Saint Mary's University invites applications for an eight-month sessional position, at the rank of Assistant Professor, to begin September 1, 2018.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

The successful candidate should be prepared to teach at least two of: Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics, and Static Mechanics at the 1st and 2nd-year level (EGNE 2303 - Thermo-Fluids Engineering I, EGNE 2306 - Thermo-Fluids Engineering II, EGNE 1203 - Engineering Mechanics - Statics).

Qualifications

The Division is particularly looking for candidates with a PhD, or MSc in Engineering or related field, and a demonstrated record of effectiveness in university teaching who will support course offerings in the Division's two-year Diploma in Engineering (equivalent to the first two years of a four-year Engineering Degree).
