RevIQ is a team of analysts, producers, designers, product managers, gamers, and artists working together to improve the performance and design of free-to-play games and live-exploitation apps for mobile devices. Our focus is on working with established studios, indies, and publishers to improve the quality and appeal of their products across the total revenue performance, design, marketing, promotion, engagement, and customer lifecycle of the product. We work with some of the biggest names in games, and we're growing fast - our Director of Product will work with our growing team of gaming professionals to champion success for our clients and their products at every step of production!

 

What you'll do

Responsibilities

A Director of Product supports Client Success at RevIQ by managing the Product Team responsible for the optimization and management of our Free-to-Play titles. From working with Product Managers to ensure product launches and regular updates, to identifying potential risks and mitigating them before they lead to player disappointment, the Director of Product connects the Business and Product Teams with regular communication to support iterative product optimization. Working with clients, outsourcers, and our internal business team, the Director of Product builds and maintains working schedules to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones on an on-going basis. As our team grows, the Director of Product improves internal production, communication, and maintenance processes to maximize overall capacity and minimize operational overlap.

What you'll need

Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration & Management
Bachelor Degree in Econometrics
Bachelor Degree in Economics
Bachelor Degree in Marketing
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Bachelor Degree in Commerce
Bachelor Degree in Communication Research
Language: English
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects in the games development, application development, or web development industries, with a focus on ongoing exploitation/live ops
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including evaluating risks and creating mitigation or contingency plans
  • Experience in multiple product development methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, PERT, etc.
